Bond It Xtreme HM Anti Mould Sanitary Silicone is a high-quality acetoxy silicone sealant specifically formulated for sanitary applications and areas exposed to high levels of moisture and humidity.
The specialist formulation contains a fungicide and is designed to help prevent the growth of mould, mildew and bacteria for up to 10 years. Its waterproof and permanently flexible properties make it particularly suitable for creating long-lasting seals in bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchens and toilet areas.
The anti mould sanitary silicone provides excellent primerless adhesion to a wide range of non-porous surfaces, including:
It can also be applied to wood, aluminium, chrome, concrete, brick and PVC when used with a suitable primer.
Bond It Xtreme HM is suitable for sealing connection and expansion joints in areas where moisture, condensation and hygiene are important considerations.
Typical applications include bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchens, toilets, sanitary areas and swimming pool surrounds. It can also be used for internal sealing around window and door frames in areas affected by high condensation.
Please note: The sealant is suitable for use around swimming pool areas but should not be used inside the swimming pool itself.
