6.1 Can I install refrigeration parts myself?

Some simple parts (door hardware, gaskets, lights, shelving, etc.) may be suitable for competent maintenance teams. However, ANY work involving refrigeration circuits, electrics, pressure systems, or gas handling must be carried out by a certified engineer (F-Gas Category 1 or 2).

6.2 Why must a qualified person be used?

Refrigeration systems involve:

We supply units using modern, low-GWP refrigerants compliant with UK and EU F-Gas regulations. R22 is banned and must not be used.

7.2 Can you advise on refrigerant upgrades?

Yes, we can advise on suitable replacement equipment, but all on-site work must be done by certified F-Gas engineers.

8.1 What warranty comes with your products?
