Bond It B1 Fire Resistant Expanding PU Foam – Gun Grade is a high-performance polyurethane foam designed for applications requiring effective gap filling, insulation and enhanced fire resistance. The foam carries a B1 fire rating and expands to more than 40 times its can volume, allowing it to fill irregular gaps and cavities effectively.

The foam provides excellent adhesion to common construction materials including wood, concrete, stone, plaster, metal, PVC and polystyrene. Its low curing pressure supports controlled application, while its thermal and acoustic insulation properties make it suitable for sealing areas where reducing heat transfer and noise is important.

Typical applications include filling holes and joints, insulating service penetrations, sealing thermal and acoustic insulation boards, and controlled backfilling around window and door frames. It can also help reduce thermal bridging by filling gaps within insulated construction assemblies.

For professional applications, the gun-grade format provides greater control over foam delivery and makes accurate application easier when working around joints, penetrations and other detailed areas.

The product conforms to DIN 4102-1 Class B1, EN 1366-4+A1:2010 and EN 13501-2+A1:2013.
