Bond It B2 Expanding PU Foam – Gun Grade provides a quick-curing polyurethane foam solution for professional filling, sealing and insulation applications. Its B2 fire rating makes it suitable for applications that require improved fire performance compared with standard general-purpose expanding foams.

The foam provides high thermal and acoustic insulation, making it particularly useful for filling gaps and helping reduce unwanted heat transfer and sound transmission. Its good volume expansion allows the foam to fill cavities effectively, while the low curing pressure helps provide greater control during application.

Fresh foam adheres strongly to many common building materials, including wood, concrete, stone, plaster, metal, PVC and polystyrene. This versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of construction, insulation and coldroom-related applications.

The gun-grade format allows controlled and accurate application using a compatible foam applicator gun. It suits filling holes and gaps, insulating service penetrations, sealing insulation boards, filling and connecting joints, and reducing the effects of thermal bridges. Bond It also recommends the product for controlled backfilling around window and door frames.

For coldroom construction and refurbishment, the foam provides a practical solution for filling and insulating gaps around insulated panels, penetrations and joints, where appropriate for the installation specification.
