Bond It Rain-Mate All Weather Sealant

Bond It Rain-Mate is a versatile all weather sealant developed for exterior applications where reliable adhesion and weather resistance are required. Its water-repellent formulation provides excellent adhesion to many common construction materials, even when the surface is damp.

The sealant remains permanently flexible and is resistant to sagging, UV exposure and changing weather conditions. It can also be overpainted with suitable paints, helping achieve a clean finish across repair, maintenance and installation projects.

Suitable Applications

Rain-Mate adheres to materials including brick, concrete, stone, metals, painted and bare wood, glass, vinyl and most plastics. Its rubber-based formulation is also compatible with bitumen, asphalt and roofing felt, making it particularly useful for roof repairs in damp conditions.

For applications involving bitumen, asphalt or roofing felt, Bond It recommends using the black version, as white and clear variants may suffer visible discolouration.
