B1-grade Bond It Fire Resistant Expanding Foam is a high-performance polyurethane foam tested to BS EN 1366-4. It expands up to 40× its can volume, provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, and is suitable for sealing, filling, and fire-resistant joint applications in construction.
Bond It Fire Resistant Expanding Foam is a premium B1 fire-rated polyurethane foam designed for professional sealing, insulating, and fire-protection applications. Tested to BS EN 1366-4, it offers high expansion capability, excellent adhesion to most building materials, and reliable performance across a wide temperature range.
The foam expands over 40× its can volume, cures into a semi-rigid closed-cell structure, and provides strong thermal and acoustic insulation. It works in application temperatures from +5°C to +25°C and withstands service temperatures between –40°C and +100°C. It contains an environmentally friendly propellant that complies with EU regulations banning CFCs.
